A partnership that is moving towards AI: what Liferay showed at Febraban Tech.

During Febraban Tech 2026, at the Objective booth, Guilherme Colonnese, Solutions Architect at Liferay, presented a fast demo of how the Liferay DXP platform is incorporating specialized AI agents into the digital financial experience, each focused on a specific part of the customer journey, with centralized data governance.

What the demo showed

Instead of a single generic chatbot, the demonstration showcased agents with well-defined responsibilities: one specialized in financial analysis and investment recommendations, another in self-service (calls, limit increases), and another in automatic product recommendations at the time of contracting. The experience changes according to the logged-in profile, whether individual, corporate, or account manager, each with their own dashboards and insights.

Behind this, the Liferay Hub ensures data governance, and the Agent Builder allows for the creation of new agents through visual workflows, reusing both proprietary AI and market models (Gemini, ChatGPT). In other words: true personalization, without sacrificing control.
